Football Association Premier League Manager of the Year Award is an annual award given to a manager who is recognized for their overall contribution to the achievements of a specific team. The award has been given out since Carling became sponsors of the Premier League in the 1993–94 season. George Burley, Harry Rednap and Alan Pardew are the only managers who did not win the Premier League title during the season to pick up the award. Alex Ferguson, the manager of Manchester United between 1986 and 2013, won the award eleven times more than all the other winning managers combined. In 2010 Harry Rednapp became the first Englishman to win the award.
